BOOKING & CANCELLATION

At the Blow Dry Bar, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. 
We kindly ask for at least 5 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made more than 5 hours in advance: no fee
Cancellations within 5 hours of the appointment: a $35 fee applies
Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment time or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service applies

To maintain timing standards and service integrity: 
Blowouts 1 hour 15 minutes or longer: $92
Dry styles 45 minutes or longer: blowout rate applies

LATE ARRIVALS

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, service may be adjusted or cancelled in order to respect the schedule of other guests. Late arrivals are considered a missed appointment and will be charged accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding, as these policies allow us to maintain a seamless experience and honor the time of both guests and stylists.

INDEPENDENT STYLISTS

All cut and color stylists at The/Studio operate independently and maintain individual policies, including cancellations and late arrivals. Guests are kindly asked to connect directly with their stylist for any appointment changes or policy questions.

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please email info@bdbstudio.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Once approved, returns should be shipped to:

EXCEPTIONS

All sale items and gift cards are considered final sale.

REFUNDS

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for all in stock items.
Please verify all personal shipping information prior to checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
Any damage must be reported to info@bdbstudio.com within 24 hours of delivery.
