SALON POLICIES

FOR BOOKINGS AT THE BLOW DRY BAR, YOU MAY CANCEL UP TO 5 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 5 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME YOU AGREE TO A $30 CANCELLATION FEE. IF YOU NO SHOW YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL COST/PRICE OF YOUR SERVICE. FOR GROUPS OF 4 OR MORE, THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED $30 FOR ANYONE WHO CANCELS WITHIN 5 HOURS OR THE FULL SERVICE PRICE FOR ANYONE IN THE GROUP THAT NO SHOWS.

BLOWOUTS THAT TAKE LONGER THAN 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES WILL COST $90.

IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE, CANCEL OR HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL THE STUDIO DIRECTLY AT 925-939-1639 OR VISIT OUR WEBSITE.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You can always contact us for any return question at info@honeyandcombsalon.com.
 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Those items are final sale. 
 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@honeyandcombsalon.com.

 

Shipping Information:

All in-stock orders take 1-3 business days to be processed before they ship.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact info@honeyandcombsalon.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
