RETURNS

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging intact. Products that have been used, damaged, opened where sealed, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please email info@bdbstudio.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Once approved, returns should be shipped to:

EXCEPTIONS

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

REFUNDS

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
