Salon Policies
Our salon policies are designed to protect appointment time, maintain a seamless guest experience, and support the stylists and service providers at The/Studio.
Blowdry Bar
Appointments at the Blowdry Bar are reserved exclusively for each guest. To maintain timing standards and provide a seamless experience, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made with as much notice as possible.
Booking & Cancellation
We kindly ask for at least 5 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
- More than 5 hours before appointment: no cancellation fee.
- Within 5 hours of appointment: a $35 cancellation fee applies.
- Within 2 hours of appointment or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service applies.
Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the service may need to be adjusted or cancelled in order to respect the schedule of other guests.
Late arrivals may be considered a missed appointment and charged according to the cancellation policy.
Service Timing
Our service timing standards help protect the guest experience and maintain the schedule throughout the day.
- Blowouts lasting 1 hour 15 minutes or longer: $92.
- Blowouts lasting more than 2 hours: $149.
- Dry styles lasting 45 minutes or longer: blowout rate applies.
Independent Stylists
All cut and color stylists at The/Studio operate independently and maintain their own policies, including cancellations, late arrivals, pricing, and appointment changes.
Guests are kindly asked to connect directly with their stylist for service-specific policy questions or appointment adjustments.
